The final version of the Campaign for Educational Equity's 20-state report entitled “Stimulating Equity? A Preliminary Analysis of the Impact of the Federal Stimulus Act on Educational Opportunity” was released last month. A draft version of the paper was presented at the Campaign’s Fifth Annual Symposium, held on February 8-9, 2010. The final report is available for download here.
